We are looking for a Facility Manager to oversee the maintenance and smooth functioning of all office premises and construction site facilities for our real estate operations. The ideal candidate will ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment for staff, labor, and visitors across multiple locations.

Job Description
  1. Office Facility Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of head office and branch offices, including housekeeping, security, lighting, utilities, pantry, and general upkeep.
  2. Site Infrastructure Oversight: Ensure site offices, labor camps, toilets, stores, and temporary electrical/water setups are maintained and functional at all construction sites.
  3. Asset & Equipment Management: Maintain records and condition of office furniture, electricals, generators, tools, safety gear, and other infrastructure equipment.
  4. Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Liaise with service vendors for cleaning, security, pest control, generator maintenance, drinking water supply, and more.
  5. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards, fire safety regulations, and other local statutory requirements.
  6. Repairs & Maintenance: Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC systems, electricals, plumbing, DG sets, and other critical infrastructure.
  7. Inventory & Procurement: Manage stock of consumables and raise requisitions for facility-related materials and services.
  8. Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare facility budgets, track expenses, and report performance, issues, and project progress to management.
     
    Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience managing facilities for a real estate, construction, or infrastructure company.
  • Strong knowledge of office maintenance, site facility standards, safety protocols, and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in facility management systems or MS Office is an advantage.
  • Coordinate with internal departments. Legal, Projects, Finance, and Sales for timely updates


Working Hours:

Includes Saturday and Sunday working

One weekday off (as per roster)
