Finishing Engineer

We are looking for highly skilled Finishing Engineer responsible for executing and delivering top-notch finishing works in high-end residential projects. The role involves supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the quality of interior and exterior finishes, including flooring, painting, plastering, false ceilings, woodwork, and façade works. The engineer will work closely with contractors, designers, and project managers to achieve superior quality standards within the specified timeline and budget.

Responsibilities & Duties
  • Execution & Quality Control : Oversee and ensure high-quality finishing works (flooring, wall finishes, false ceilings, woodwork, cladding, etc.). Conduct regular site inspections to maintain aesthetic appeal and quality standards. Ensure compliance with project specifications, architectural drawings, and industry standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors for materials, workmanship, and schedule adherence. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to avoid defects and rework.
  • Project Coordination & Planning : Develop detailed work schedules for finishing activities to meet project deadlines. Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors for smooth workflow. Plan and manage material procurement to prevent delays and ensure cost-effectiveness. Track progress and resolve site execution challenges efficiently.
  • Qualifications & Experience : Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. 8-10 years of experience in finishing works of luxury/high-end residential projects. Proven track record of delivering premium-quality finishing within timelines. Experience working with leading real estate developers.
 
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction finishing work.
  • Strong knowledge of finishing materials, methods, and best practices.
