We are looking for a professional and personable Female Receptionist / Front Desk Executive to be the first point of contact at our office. As a key representative of our company, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling front-desk operations, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The ideal candidate will be well-spoken, organized, and capable of managing a dynamic real estate office environment.

Job Responsibilities:
- Visitor Management: Greet and assist clients, guests, and walk-ins with a warm and professional demeanor. Maintain visitor logs and ensure a positive first impression.
- Communication Handling: Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries. Route calls to the appropriate team members and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Administrative Support: Manage housekeeping supplies, coordinate housekeeping activities, handle cafeteria requirements, and take care of day-to-day administrative tasks to support smooth office operations.
- Office Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, facility vendors, and support staff to ensure office cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness for meetings or client visits..
