Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to support our team. In this role, you will assist in understanding customer needs and explaining project details. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure potential buyers receive accurate and timely information, helping convert leads into site visits and bookings.
Experience: 1 to 5 Years (Experience in Real Estate Industry)
Location: Gunjur & Samethanahalli
Job Responsibilities:
• Consistently receive and manage daily leads through the ERP (CRM) system.
• Strong fluency in English is essential; proficiency in regional languages is an added advantage.
• Conduct calls and follow-ups with assigned leads in accordance with the standard operating procedures.
• Make a minimum of 150 outbound calls per day.
• Accurately document every customer interaction and update the status in the ERP system.
• Acquire a basic understanding of the project and effectively communicate key details to potential customers.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets consistently.
• Encourage and schedule prospective customers for site visits to the sales office.
*Note: This job involves Saturday & Sunday working. There will be a weekly off on designated days.*
