Property Manager
Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage and oversee operations for our residential apartment project. This role involves handling day-to-day property operations, coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendors, and ensuring a safe, well-maintained living environment for residents.
The ideal candidate should have strong operational and people-management skills, along with basic technical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and other building services, and a good understanding of Bangalore’s residential real estate standards.
Who Should Apply?
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential property / facility management.
Age Criteria: Below 50 years.
Education: IT or electrical Background
Skills:
• Strong property operations & maintenance management skills
• Basic technical knowledge of electrical systems
• Vendor and contractor management
• Resident grievance handling and coordination
• Budgeting, maintenance planning, and reporting
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the residential apartment project and ensure smooth functioning.
- Oversee maintenance of common areas, electrical systems, plumbing, lifts, DG sets, fire safety systems, and other utilities
- Coordinate with vendors, technicians, and contractors for repairs, AMC, and preventive maintenance.
- Supervise housekeeping, security, and facility staff.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.
- Address resident complaints and ensure timely resolution of technical and operational issues.
- Maintain records related to maintenance, vendors, expenses, and asset management.
