QA/QC Engineer - Civil
Job Description:
We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer to ensure all on-site construction activities are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements. The role involves continuous site inspections, coordination with execution teams, and maintaining quality documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily site inspections for civil, finishing, and MEP works
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Implement and follow Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and quality checklists
- Monitor material quality, approvals, and proper storage at site
- Raise NCRs, track corrective and preventive actions
- Verify workmanship quality for RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, tiling, painting, and finishing works
- Maintain QA/QC reports, inspection records, test results, and site documentation
Requirements:
- BE / BTech in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of site-based QA/QC experience in construction
- Knowledge of IS codes, construction standards, and testing procedures
- Good coordination and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in residential, villa, or high-rise projects
- Knowledge of finishing quality benchmarks
- Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems
