We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to manage day-to-day operations at our residential construction sites. The role involves supervising site execution, coordinating with teams, ensuring timely project completion, and maintaining quality standards. The engineer will be responsible for site-level execution of civil and structural works while ensuring compliance with project plans and safety norms.
Job Description
Site Supervision & Execution: Oversee on-site construction activities including excavation, RCC, shuttering, brickwork, and plastering. Ensure work is progressing as per approved drawings and within the scheduled timeline.
Quality & Safety Compliance: Monitor and maintain quality of work, ensuring safety protocols are followed strictly at the site. Address on-ground issues immediately to minimize rework or delays.
Coordination & Reporting: Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for smooth execution. Maintain daily progress reports, assist in material tracking, and support in work measurements and billing.
Qualifications & Experience: Diploma or Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in residential or villa construction preferred. Basic knowledge of site documentation and reporting is essential.
Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
