Armed with a robust educational foundation and a diverse international career, Mr. Reddy decided to venture into the construction domain, driven by a desire to create spaces that stand as a testament to quality and innovation. As the visionary force behind Saritha Developers, he has carved a distinctive niche for himself in the industry since the establishment of the company in 2010. Under his astute leadership, Saritha Developers has flourished over the past decade, completing multiple residential complexes that are not just buildings but excellent communities. The company’s commitment to delivering projects well ahead of schedule reflects Mr. Reddy’s systematic approach and unwavering dedication. Under his leadership, Saritha Developers successfully completed and handed over eight projects, with the ninth currently underway. Armed with an Engineering degree, he has carved an illustrious career trajectory , which includes a substantial tenure in the financial sector. There, he worked with esteemed financial services’ companies and handled diverse financial products. For over two decades, he has been an integral part of the Real Estate and Construction landscape, gaining experience in managing both Residential and Commercial projects. His responsibilities range from collaborating closely with architects, providing valuable design insights, facilitating finance and front-ending the marketing team, driving the construction team. He ensure that every project is not just completed but exceeds expectations in terms of quality and timely delivery.
