We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer with a B.Tech or B.E qualification (Diploma holders will not be considered) and a proven track record of 10+ years in residential project execution or equivalent. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling all aspects of electrical works at residential sites, from planning and coordination to execution and handover, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Job Description
- Shall be able to read drawings, BOQ, specification and handle Electrical works at a residential site independently.
- Shall be able to coordinate with vendors and civil team on day to day basis effectively.
- Desired to be technically sound to get the installation, testing , commissioning and handing over done properly.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- To be very familiar with reading electrical drawings and preparing indent for required materials.
- Follow up with consultants to get the required details.
- Follow up with contractors to get the work done on time.
- Check the execution and give clearance for the civil work.
- Planning, scheduling, monitoring and control the works to get the jobs done according to the required quality, schedule and budgets
- Suggest modification in the electrical design circuit to save on the budgets.
- To Check the Circuit diagrams and get work done as per that.
- Must be 10+ years of experience in the residential project execution.
