This role involves engaging with potential buyers, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the home-buying process. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer-handling skills, and a deep understanding of Bangalore’s real estate market.
Who Should Apply?
Experience: 5-10 years in direct sales of residential properties.
Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Sales, or a related field.
Skills: Strong persuasion & closing abilities. Excellent
communication & interpersonal skills. Confidence in handling high-value
transactions & negotiations. Proficiency in CRM tools & digital sales
techniques.
Location
Knowledge: Familiarity with Bangalore’s real estate hotspots and buyer
preferences.
Languages: English + Kannada/Hindi (preferred).
Job Responsibilities:
- Direct Customer Sales & Engagement Interact with
prospective Villa buyers through Site visits from pre sales, inquiries, and
scheduled meetings. - Conduct personalized property presentations and site visits to showcase projects
- Understand customer needs, budgets, and preferences to recommend the best villa options
- Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with
buyers. Guide customers through the entire sales cycle, from site visit to
booking and documentation. - Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a smooth and satisfying
buying experience. Address customer queries regarding pricing, payment plans,
approvals, and legal aspects. - Stay updated on real estate market trends, competition offerings, and customer preferences
- Be in constant follow up with clients and provide any
further details regarding the project and banking.
*This job involves Saturday & Sunday working. There will
be a weekly off on designated days.
Salary – ₹60,000 – ₹1,00,000 per Month (commensurate with experience) plus attractive incentives on every successful Villa sale.

We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives and drive revenue growth in the company. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, manage client relationships, and driving sales performance to new heights within the market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth for our sales team.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: client meetings, site visits, deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Quality and CRM, to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Set financial targets, monitor performance metrics, and implement corrective measures as needed.
- Drive sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance metrics tracking to monitor progress against targets and drive accountability.
- Identify new market opportunities and innovative approaches to expand product offerings and customer experience.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and direct clients.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:
