Job Description

  • Receive leads on a daily basis on ERP(CRM).
  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in regional languages would be an advantage.
  • Calling/Followup those leads as per the standard operating process.
  • Need to dial at least 100 numbers a day.
  • Update each and every conversation with the customer in the ERP.
  • Need to learn the basic details of the project and update the same to the customer.
  • Need to achieve given targets month on month.
  • This job involves Saturday & Sunday working. There will be a weekly off on designated days.
  • Get the customers to the sales office for site visits.

  • We are looking for a talented Sales Personal to sell our residential projects.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in regional languages would be an advantage.
  • Need to engage with the customers who come to our sales office.
  • Take them through the details of the project through various tools provided by the company. 
  • Understand the customer needs and provide the relevant details.
  • Be in constant followup with clients and provide any further details regarding the project and banking.
  • Get the customer back to the site for revisit and pursue them for buying.
  • The candidate should follow the standard operating process provided by the company from time to time.
  • This job involves Saturday & Sunday working. There will be a weekly off on designated days.
