Job Description
- Site Supervision: The site engineer is responsible for supervising and monitoring the construction activities on the site. - Safety Management: The site engineer plays a crucial role in ensuring safety on the construction site. - Candidate must be from civil engineering background.
- Exposure into residential project is essential.
- Should be able to monitor day’s activities as per the working drawings.
- Monitoring & supervising and achieving daily targets and monthly targets.
- Manage on-site resources including labor, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Ensure that construction work complies with established quality standards.
- Planning and arrange Materials and labors especially work confined workspace.
- Preparing site reports DPR and DLR and updates to project managers.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely availability of required materials
Job Description
- Candidate having minimum qualification of B.E civil with 10 to 15 years of experience in residential buildings.
- Planning Sequence of all activities till project completion.
- Prepare and implement work strategies, processes, time schedule, prepare work packages, material procurement process Sub contracting, identify suitable contractors, work assignments with set deliverables, timeline and cost budget.
- Generate Weekly, Monthly Progress updates and presentations for progress review.
- Monitoring day to day operations of work at site, problem solving, implement improvement measures.
- Manpower planning, productivity analysis, resource management.
- Coordination with other departments and consultants to get work completed.
- Overall responsible for execution of the project and Pro actively completion of the works.
